All transfers were exactly on time and extremely efficient with very professional and friendly drivers. We had three transfers, with two of these being new Camrys, but our second transfer was an older Camry (Rayong to Bangkok), and not as comfortable as the newer model cars - it also has less boot luggage space than the newer model.
That said we would highly recommend your company and will use this service when back in Thailand.

But it would not have let us off at the ship, resulting in another wait for a taxi ride at the end of the coach ride. Lugging luggage. I’m glad we came to our senses. We rode in a modern luxurious SUV for the two hour trip directly to the ship. The price was inexpensive compared to the value and piece of mind knowing that we were going directly to the ship and we were in good hands. Priceless. "

"Upon arrival at BKK, I found the lady at the designated spot. She told me to wait for the driver. A few minutes later a group of 3 people showed up and then she walked us all outside. When the first car pulled up I thought it was for me since I arrived first, but it was given to the other people and I had to wait longer. The traffic at the pickup area was very busy and it was a while before another car finally arrived. I had prepaid for an executive car, so I was quite disappointed that the car I was in had uncomfortable seats and did not have much leg room. The driver was excellent and she was very courteous, but the inside of her car smelled badly. "

He communicated with us constantly, after we found out our bus was going to be delayed for a considerable length of time. Was supposed to get into Bangkok, Mo Chit but station about 5 - 6 pm. We literally did not get there till 9 pm. Mr. Neng was so hospitable and never once did he seem irritated about the darn bus!!!. He waited and waited till we got to Mo Chit, found us, and got us to the hotel in fine style. Very, very impressed with Mr. Neng. "It was hard to find the greeter, I ended up walking around the greeting area a few times. Once I found her, she directed us to some chairs and we had to wait a while for the driver to show up. "The only reason I marked the experience as neutral is due to the challenge experienced at pickup time.
We waited for half an hour and could not locate the car and driver and no sign was visible at the gate. We also tried to phone the office and hot line numerous times with no success.
After finally meeting with the driver, the service was excellent. The drive was extremely pleasant and comfortable, and the driver was exceptionally competent and helpful. Overall, the drive was SUPERB.
I think that in the future, it is best to be picked up at the arrival gate, at the time of arrival."

"We have taken many tours/excursions and this was the best experience we have ever had. Everything was even better than hoped for. Our guide "Water" was fantastic. Not only did she speak excellent English but was funny , knowledgeable, and had the ability to convey local knowledge about marble mountain, the silk factory, rice paper tour, but especially Hoi An. We cannot say enough about how great she made our experience. The tour was about 11 hrs and was almost perfect in every way. To some the price may have seemed a little high but when compared to ships tours and the personal service(just the 2 of us and the driver and our tour guide water) it was a bargain. Highly recommend this company to everyone. If there was any drawback it was the disembargarking from the small boat to the island to see how rice paper was made. We are Seniors and for us it was a little challenging. Once again Water was great."

However, the staff whose greeting me at the exit gate absolutely unhelpful!. I’m highly disappointed. My expectations are high base on how you advertised your company
I was travelling with my baby he didnt even offer to push the trolley, walked miles ahead in front of us without informing where he
was going!!
Highly suggest to retrain this greeting staff about customer service and professionalism.

"มาถึงสนามบินภานในประเทศ สุวรรณภูมิ ไม่พบเจ้าหน้าที่ที่สนาบินสำหรับบริการรถ และต้องโทรตามหาเจ้าหน้าที่เรื่องรถที่จองไว้ให้มารับ ซึ่งมีการแจ้งลูกค้าว่าหมายเลขการจองของลูกค้าหายไปจากระบบ นั้นดิฉันต้องเสียเวลาโทรตามและมีการแจ้งลูกค้าให้เดินไปยังประตู 6 ซึ่งไกลจากประตู 1ที่ดิฉันนออกมาจากประตูที่รับกระเป๋า และต้องยืนรออยู่นานมาก ดิฉันไม่เคยเจอเหตุการณ์การมห้บริการที่แย่ขนาดนี้มาก่อน ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาทางผู้ให้บริการเจ้าอื่นเช่น SP Limousine จะมีอีเมล์มาบอกว่ารถเบอร์อะไรเจ้าหน้าที่ท่านไหนให้บริการและมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยต้อนนรับที่สนามบิน และไม่เคยมีเหตุการณ์บุ๊คกิ้งหายไปจากระบบ ซึ่งทำให้ไม่อยากใช้บริการต่อไปบนความเสี่ยงบนอัตราค่าบริการที่เหมาะสม"

I was particularly impressed with the quality of the cars in Bangkok, snacks in car, waters etc.
My one suggestion is after Bangkok you set the standard very high, and when we got in the van in Chiang Rai, it wasn’t as nice as Bangkok, which was a little disappointing. The driver didn’t look at professional, outlets didn’t work in car, old carpeting in the van. if you are looking to improve, I would up the quality up north to match Bangkok.

We hired a luxury van with a driver for the whole day, and what an experience
Truly five star
The driver ( balle or bill ....not sure due to accent) , was incredibly accommodating ... no matter what we were looking for , he would make sure we got to experience
The van had a very nice fruit basket as well as snacks, all free, not to mention cold wet towels at every stop..... and all of it for a price cheaper than a taxi

A very friendly and professional employee brought us to the vehicle, which was waiting outside. A super clean black Toyota Fortuner with leather seats brought us to our hotel. The driver was very knowledgeable, spoke English perfectly, and was wearing a uniform with white gloves, just as the description said when we booked this transfer service. "Not much to say. I have used the service a number of times and will continue. I use it to go to the airport because I like to know my ride will be here when scheduled. I like how we cruise right through the toll booths and I don’t have to worry about money while in the car. I like to pay in cash so my credit cards are not involved. The drivers have always dropped me off where I ask, gotten me a trolley, and put my bag(s) on the trolley. All I have to do is pay the driver and push my bags to the correct counter. Another good trip."
