We had three transfers, with two of these being new Camrys, but our second transfer was an older Camry (Rayong to Bangkok), and not as comfortable as the newer model cars - it also has less boot luggage space than the newer model. "Upon arrival at BKK, I found the lady at the designated spot. She told me to wait for the driver. A few minutes later a group of 3 people showed up and then she walked us all outside. When the first car pulled up I thought it was for me since I arrived first, but it was given to the other people and I had to wait longer. The traffic at the pickup area was very busy and it was a while before another car finally arrived. I had prepaid for an executive car, so I was quite disappointed that the car I was in had uncomfortable seats and did not have much leg room. The driver was excellent and she was very courteous, but the inside of her car smelled badly. "
