- You may split your hourly booking into multiple sessions within the same day. For example: use 6 hours in the morning, and another 4 hours in the evening. Idle time between sessions will not be charged.
- In Phuket and Koh Samui, the minimum booking starts from 4 hours.
- Rates apply only to travel on flat or standard city routes. For journeys involving steep mountain roads or high-altitude routes, please check the price with our staff again.
- For travel in Koh Samui and Koh Chang, where fuel prices differ from the mainland, a fuel surcharge of THB 200 / vehicle / hour applies.

The parking structures are separated from the terminal, often congested, and can be quite far from the arrivals area. That’s why we — like many top-tier hotels and transport providers — assign an Airport Representative to welcome you right at the arrival gate.

Once you meet our representative, they will contact your driver and coordinate pickup at the nearest and most convenient exit, saving you from walking long distances or waiting in confusion.

In addition, our representative can assist with small personal requests — such as helping you find a coffee, exchange currency, or buy a SIM card — before you leave the terminal.

Although this involves an extra cost on our end, we provide this free of charge as part of our private transfer service — so your journey starts smooth and stress-free.
