- Hygiene Standards and Service Fees
As our fleet primarily provides premium passenger transport, maintaining impeccable cabin hygiene is our top priority. After any pet transport, the vehicle must be taken out of service for deep cleaning at a professional car care center (odor removal, hair extraction, and disinfection). As this process incurs high operational costs and vehicle downtime, a mandatory fee of 1,000 THB is applied. We regret that we cannot accept bookings where this fee is not cleared. - Declaration of Information and Accompanied Travel
To ensure the appropriate vehicle type and space, customers must declare the pet's breed and estimated weight during the booking process. Pets must be accompanied by at least one adult. The driver is responsible only for safe transport; all pet care and behavior management is the owner's responsibility. - Seating and Safety Requirements
Only well-trained cats or small dogs are allowed on passenger seats (owners must provide protective covers). Medium to large dogs are strictly prohibited from seats and must stay in a carrier or rear area. Pets with aggressive tendencies or those not accustomed to strangers must remain crated at all times. - Pet Capacity and Temperature Control
Limit of 2 pets for Sedan/SUV and 4 pets for Vans (depending on size). Our drivers are happy to adjust the cabin temperature to suit your pet's comfort and specific needs. - Personal Equipment and Public Hygiene
Owners must provide their own leashes for public areas and pet waste disposal tools. For pets with motion sickness or incontinence, a carrier with an absorbent mat is required to prevent vehicle damage. - Health and Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Pets must be healthy and parasite-free. MEKHE reserves the right to refuse service if pet details differ from the booking or if their behavior poses a risk to safety or property. - Liability and Cancellation
Owners are liable for the actual cost of any damages (scratches/bites). Drivers may cancel the trip without a refund if these safety and hygiene policies are not followed.

That’s why after every pet transport, the vehicle must be sent to a high-end professional car care facility. This is not a quick home wash — it involves hair removal, deep sanitization, ozone treatment, and UV disinfection.Our driver also loses several working hours that could have been used to serve multiple other clients.
Please note: we never charge a pet surcharge. This fee is not profit. It simply covers the actual cleaning cost we pay directly to the car care provider.
If this policy feels unacceptable to you, we fully respect your choice to use another service. But as a company that cares deeply about service quality, we must also protect the experience of our next customers — both humans and animals alike.

Yes, you may keep your cat on your lap during the ride. However, we kindly ask to place a protective mat underneath as a precaution, to prevent any accidental scratching or damage to the leather seats.
