- Cleaning and Odor Removal Fee
A cleaning and odor removal fee of 1,000 THB per trip will be charged for pet transport. For hygiene and safety, our vehicles are sent to a professional car care facility after each trip. The cleaning includes odor removal, pet hair extraction, and disinfection using ozone treatment and UV light. This ensures the next passengers can enjoy a fresh, allergen-free, and disease-free environment. - Accompanied Travel
Pets must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult throughout the journey. Pets may not travel unattended under any circumstances. - Leash or Cage Requirement
All pets must be on a leash or secured in a carrier at all times. Dogs must be leashed, and aggressive dogs must wear a muzzle. Large dogs must remain in the designated rear luggage area and are not allowed on passenger seats. - Personal Equipment
Pet owners are responsible for providing any necessary items for their pets, including carriers, pads, or seat covers. These should ensure comfort for the pet and protection for the vehicle. - Handling Pets with Specific Needs
If a pet has a history of motion sickness or bathroom accidents, owners must use appropriate containment, such as carriers with trays or absorbent mats, to prevent mess and damage during transport. - Health Requirements
All pets must be healthy and free from ticks, fleas, parasites, or contagious diseases. We recommend a recent health check before travel. - Commercial or Illegal Pet Transport
Transport of animals for commercial sale, breeding, or in connection with illegal pet trade is strictly prohibited. - Non-Compliance and Cancellation
The driver reserves the right to cancel the trip if the pet is not properly restrained or if the owner fails to follow pet transport policies, with no refund provided. - Responsibility for Damages
Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pet, including scratches, stains, or chewing. Repair or cleaning charges will be billed based on actual costs. - Seating Policy for Pets
Small pets and small dogs may sit on passenger seats. Protective covers will be provided, or customers may bring their own. Large dogs are not allowed on seats and must stay in the rear luggage area, where protective padding will be arranged.

Even if your pet was clean and well-behaved, microscopic pet hair, dander, and potential allergens may remain. Some passengers have allergies, and cross-contamination between pets can also pose health risks.
That’s why after every pet transport, the vehicle must be sent to a high-end professional car care facility. This is not a quick home wash — it involves hair removal, deep sanitization, ozone treatment, and UV disinfection.Our driver also loses several working hours that could have been used to serve multiple other clients.
Please note: we never charge a pet surcharge. This fee is not profit. It simply covers the actual cleaning cost we pay directly to the car care provider.
If this policy feels unacceptable to you, we fully respect your choice to use another service. But as a company that cares deeply about service quality, we must also protect the experience of our next customers — both humans and animals alike.
