For infants from newborn to 18 months (weight: < 13 kg / < 30 lb), we offer specially designed infant seats. As the round trip booking, can I pay half on my arrival, and then pay the other half on my departure from hotel to airport

You need to make full payment for round trip transfer to guarantee your booking on 1st service date. After the payment you will received the receipt and all contact number from the driver. The receipt will guarantee that the return trip will be arrange on the departure date.

What if my luggage does not fit

It is best to let we know if you will be traveling with a lot of luggage. Most vehicle have a regular size trunk, so if you think you will have excessive luggage, let the limo company know in advance

"Our driver was polite and nicely presented. The van was clean and water provided appreciated. He did not seem very familiar with the port exit and return to the ship. Also on arrival, we had to phone to make the pickup. We were near the ship - the port gate was a long way away. Pickup should be there. Perhaps the van could put your name on the outside under the windscreen - I noticed others had done so - it makes for easy identification. The van was fine, but more suitable for a family, rather 4 adults (not much leg room). However, overall we were taken and returned in a timely manner."

Unfortunately, no. Vehicles must be registered and granted entry permission at least one day in advance to access Laem Chabang Port. For same-day requests, the port only allows the concession limousine company to wait inside, and their rates are usually much higher. Availability is also not guaranteed. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking your private pickup in advance.
