As we are a member of Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA). On arrival, our representative will meet you inside the terminal at the exit from baggage reclaim area. (Our customers do not need to drag bags long distances to public meeting point which has limited area and very busy with big crown).

- The hourly car rental service is designated solely for Bangkok. It is not valid for pickups at Laem Chabang Port. For hourly services commencing outside Bangkok, please contact our Transport department for accurate pricing.
- Should your transfer service encounter specific challenges, such as steep or elevated road conditions, river ferry crossings, or risks associated with nighttime driving, these factors may impact the availability and pricing of our daily or hourly car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.

"We looked into taking public transit from the airport to the port because it seemed like a good idea at the time:a coach bus and very inexpensive. But it would not have let us off at the ship, resulting in another wait for a taxi ride at the end of the coach ride. Lugging luggage. I’m glad we came to our senses. "I chose this service for the convenience of getting off the plane, having someone with my name on a sign waiting to scoop me up and take me where I needed to go. When I first left the terminal, I could not find a person with my name or where I was supposed to go. Then once I found the person, I was asked to wait for a while - in which time I probably could have found a cab. Then once with the driver, I was a bit concerned about the safety of the driving.
I appreciated having a planned pick-up in place and my flight was delayed which may have thrown things off a bit. I also appreciated that there was water in the car waiting for me and that we got to my hotel relatively quickly. "
