"Very punctual. The bus arrived at airport and hotel way before the arranged pickup time. Excellent service- able to send English-speaking staff to pick us up and even provide mineral water & napkins during the ride. Buses are clean and seats are comfortable. Customer service staff answer all email queries very promptly. The only problem is the prices for airport transfer are higher than the prices quoted by other bus companies. "
