- 卫生标准与清洁费用说明
由于我们的车辆主要用于乘客接送，我们对车内卫生有着极高的标准。在完成宠物运输任务后，每辆车都必须暂停服务并送往专业的汽车美容中心进行深度清洁、去除异味和毛发，并进行消毒。由于此过程涉及较高的专业成本且会导致车辆无法营运，因此我们需收取 1,000 泰铢的清洁费。若您无法接受此项费用，我们深感抱歉并无法提供服务。 - 信息申报与陪同要求
为了安排合适的车型和空间，客户须在预订时告知宠物的品种及大约体重。宠物必须由至少一位成年人陪同。司机的职责仅限于安全驾驶，宠物的行为管理、喂食或排泄处理由主人全程负责。 - 座位与安全规定
仅限习惯乘车的猫或小型犬在自备防污垫的情况下上座。中大型犬严禁上座（须在笼内或后备箱区）。对于具有攻击性或不习惯与陌生人接触的宠物，必须全程关在稳固的笼子内。 - 宠物数量与车内温度
轿车/SUV限2只宠物，面包车限4只（视大小而定）。司机将根据宠物需求调节车内空调温度，确保行程舒适。 - 个人用品与公共卫生
主人须自备牵引绳及清理工具。若宠物易晕车或无法控制排泄，必须使用带吸水垫的笼子，以保护车内设施。 - 健康要求与信息准确性
宠物必须健康且无寄生虫。若宠物信息与预订时不符，或存在安全风险，公司保留拒绝服务的权利。 - 损坏赔偿与取消政策
主人须按实际损失赔偿宠物造成的损坏。若不遵守上述规定，司机有权取消行程且不予退款。
