For your journeys in Thailand, our drivers are trained to read the situation and keep conversation at a comfortable, natural level. When you would genuinely prefer quiet, select Quiet Ride at no additional charge while booking.
Set each journey your way
Switch Quiet Ride on or off separately for every ride in your booking. You can also set a preferred cabin temperature and preferred maximum speed for each journey. The driver follows these preferences within legal, safe and practical limits.
Essential communication continues
Quiet Ride means less conversation, not no communication. Your driver may still confirm your name, pickup point, destination, route or requested assistance, and explain safety matters or unexpected changes. It does not mean the cabin is soundproof, and it never reduces the care and practical help included with your service.
Quiet time or your own music
Most vehicles support Bluetooth audio. If you would like to play music from your phone, ask the driver to help connect a compatible device.
