"Very punctual. The bus arrived at airport and hotel way before the arranged pickup time.
Excellent service- able to send English-speaking staff to pick us up and even provide mineral water & napkins during the ride. Buses are clean and seats are comfortable. Customer service staff answer all email queries very promptly.
