"Upon arrival at BKK, I found the lady at the designated spot. She told me to wait for the driver. A few minutes later a group of 3 people showed up and then she walked us all outside. When the first car pulled up I thought it was for me since I arrived first, but it was given to the other people and I had to wait longer. The traffic at the pickup area was very busy and it was a while before another car finally arrived. I had prepaid for an executive car, so I was quite disappointed that the car I was in had uncomfortable seats and did not have much leg room.
