"Our driver was polite and nicely presented. The van was clean and water provided appreciated. He did not seem very familiar with the port exit and return to the ship. Also on arrival, we had to phone to make the pickup. We were near the ship - the port gate was a long way away. Pickup should be there. Perhaps the van could put your name on the outside under the windscreen - I noticed others had done so - it makes for easy identification.
