Please note: due to road conditions on Koh Chang, only sedans and minivans are allowed for hotel delivery—large buses are not suitable for the steep and narrow roads.

Ferry services to Koh Chang run multiple times per day, but do not operate at night. If you’re unsure about connections, our team is happy to help you coordinate ferry timing with your flight arrival or departure.

Some hotels may offer free pick-up from the pier or even private boat transfers from the mainland pier to their beachfront. It’s worth checking with your hotel before booking—if available, you may save time and cost.

For return trips, please provide your flight time when booking. We’ll work backwards to suggest a safe departure time from the island so you never feel rushed.

- Prices(฿ THB - Thai Baht) apply for both directions and cover one vehicle.
- Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
- Hourly car rental services are limited to major cities such as Bangkok, and the standard rates are not applicable for pick-ups at locations that incur an entrance fee, such as Laem Chabang Port. For hourly rentals beginning outside of Bangkok, please contact our Transport Department to obtain the correct pricing.
- For routes with special conditions or limitations, such as high mountain terrains or steep inclines, unpaved off-road paths, ferry crossings over rivers or seas, or long-distance nighttime driving, these factors may influence the availability and pricing of our car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.
- For certain services — such as luxury limousine vehicles, large buses, or long-distance intercity transfers — we reserve the right not to accept cash payments and may require prepayment by credit card or bank transfer only to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
