Please note: only sedans and minivans are permitted for transfers on the island due to narrow roads and hilly terrain. Large buses are not suitable for Koh Chang’s infrastructure.

Ferries to Koh Chang operate in multiple scheduled rounds during the day, but large ferries do not run at night. If you’re unsure about timing, our team can help you plan around your ferry or flight schedule.

Some hotels on Koh Chang offer complimentary pick-up from the island pier, or even private speedboat service from the mainland. We recommend checking with your hotel directly to see if you’re eligible for these services before finalizing your booking.

For return trips to the airport, please provide your flight departure time when booking—we’ll coordinate your departure from the island to ensure a safe and timely arrival at the airport.

- Prices($ USD - US Dollar) apply for both directions and cover one vehicle.
- Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
- Hourly car rental services are limited to major cities such as Bangkok, and the standard rates are not applicable for pick-ups at locations that incur an entrance fee, such as Laem Chabang Port. For hourly rentals beginning outside of Bangkok, please contact our Transport Department to obtain the correct pricing.
- For routes with special conditions or limitations, such as high mountain terrains or steep inclines, unpaved off-road paths, ferry crossings over rivers or seas, or long-distance nighttime driving, these factors may influence the availability and pricing of our car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.
- For certain services — such as luxury limousine vehicles, large buses, or long-distance intercity transfers — we reserve the right not to accept cash payments and may require prepayment by credit card or bank transfer only to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
