Another vehicle will meet you on Koh Samui and take you to your hotel. Option 2: Full journey using the same vehicle from Suvarnabhumi all the way to your hotel on Koh Samui, including the ferry. This is ideal for families or those with luggage. You may choose to: - Depart late at night, sleep during the journey, and catch the first ferry in the morning - Depart early morning and arrive at your resort in the evening Cars must queue 30–60 minutes before boarding the ferry. Ferries run between 05:00 and 19:00, with more frequency during high season. Advance ferry booking is recommended. We’re happy to stop for restroom breaks, meals, or scenic spots along the way—at no extra cost. Long journeys are handled with care and safety, sometimes with two professional drivers for rotation. - Hourly car rental services are limited to major cities such as Bangkok, and the standard rates are not applicable for pick-ups at locations that incur an entrance fee, such as Laem Chabang Port. For hourly rentals beginning outside of Bangkok, please contact our Transport Department to obtain the correct pricing.
- For routes with special conditions or limitations, such as high mountain terrains or steep inclines, unpaved off-road paths, ferry crossings over rivers or seas, or long-distance nighttime driving, these factors may influence the availability and pricing of our car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.
- For certain services — such as luxury limousine vehicles, large buses, or long-distance intercity transfers — we reserve the right not to accept cash payments and may require prepayment by credit card or bank transfer only to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
