How can I book your transfer service
You can book in 3 easy steps!
Step 1 : Check the transfer rates & availability by select vehicle type and date. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart Page.
Step 2 : On the Shopping Cart Page, you can continue shopping more transfer/tour services or check out.
Step 3 : Enter basic information include name, email and payment information, etc. in the Check-out Form.

Upon booking, In order to recheck your booking details and activate your booking request, you need to check your email and simple click the submit button. Once you activate your booking, you will received a confirmation voucher online.
How can I find your staff at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport when I arrive
For International Flights:
>> After you received your luggages please go to the Main Hall and proceed to EXIT # 4.

For Domestic Flights:
>> Take Gate A from baggage claim area and notice the waiting area in front of the Exit. (Please do not walk to the International Zone)

Our representative will be waiting for you at the Paging Board Area with YOUR NAME on the sign-board. Once we find you, we will direct you to the transfer point.

We are 3 persons in total. Should we book a car or van
Normally a car should be enough for 3 passenger + some laggages. We also have a family car which available for 2-3 adults+kids. If you have many large-sized luggages, please book a van for more comfortable trip.
Transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya, the rate quoted by you is inclusive the Motorway tickets
Using Motorway make the journey from Bangkok to Pattaya reduced to 30-40 minutes. Our transfer service already included all Express Way tickets in Bangkok city and the Motorway tickets from/to Pattaya.
As the round trip booking, can I pay half on my arrival, and then pay the other half on my departure from hotel to airport
You need to make full payment for round trip transfer to guarantee your booking on 1st service date. After the payment you will received the receipt and all contact number from the driver. The receipt will guarantee that the return trip will be arrange on the departure date.
What if my luggage does not fit
It is best to let we know if you will be traveling with a lot of luggage. Most vehicle have a regular size trunk, so if you think you will have excessive luggage, let the limo company know in advance

Your prices are all included? Any other hidden charge
Our service already include vehicle, driver, gasoline and all express way. We will NEVER charge you a service charge or other hidden charge. However, some ferry tickets (sample : Koh Chang, Koh Samui, Koh Lanta) are not included.
Tipping
Gratuities to our staff although customary, are not required. Any such expression of appreciation should be made on a voluntary and individual basis.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking
If you want to cancel your travel arrangements, please send us a cancellation instruction by email or submitting our cancellation form. We will cancel your booking from the date we receive and acknowledge your written instruction to do so. Read our cancellation policy.
Do you accept US dollars or Euros for payment
Yes, you can choose to pay local or your own currency.
Can I use a credit card to get cash in Southeast Asia
Yes, You can withdraw cash at ATM in any big cities such as: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Hochiminh city, etc.
Where can I change my currency for local currency
You can change your currency for local currency at the airport and banks. You should prepare some cash in USD and Euros (50- 100 domination) for better exchange rates.

Local customers can pay by direct bank transfer, internet banking, mobilephone banking and ATM.
Can I pay by cheque
No. Sorry we do not accept cheque.
Can I pay by Western Union Transfer
In general, yes. Before you decide to pay via Western Union, please check out the costs (it is rather expensive). Also, it can take a couple of days for us to receive funds and for funds to clear. If you use our currency converter, you may find that there is a difference between the price shown and the price charged. This is because exchange rates change frequently and randomly.
Do you accept Credit Card Payment over the telephone or email
NO. None of our employees will ever ask for your credit card details.
How do I make payment by Credit Card
Credit card payments can be made via the Internet Only. Your credit card information is secure on our website. Upon payment, your details are sent to the bank directly. All of your credit card information will not be stored anywhere, not on the Oriental Escape nor on the bank servers for maximum security.

You will receive Confirmation Voucher & Notification Email immediately after confirmation of payment online success.
What types of Credit Cards do you accepted
We accept Visa and MasterCard and we plan to add other cards as soon as possible. Credit cards are our preferred method of payment, mainly because it allows us to quickly verify your payment information and send your booking request on its way as fast as possible. You can safely enter your credit card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Please note that your credit card will be charged in Thailand Baht.
Is it safe to use my credit card online
Yes, it is extremely safe. Oriental Escape take your security very seriously. When making a purchase via our secure server, your credit card or debit card and name and address are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 Bit encryption technology before being transmitted to us over the internet. If you are still unsure about sending your credit card details to us via the Internet, then we suggest you use one of our additional payment options.
Can I use my debit card to make a online payment
No. Only credit cards are accepted at present.
Why is my credit card rejected
There are a few possibilities:

- We accept ONLY Visa & Master card. (Not able to pay by AMEX, E-Card, Web-Card, Eletronic Card, Business or Corporate Card, and other card)
- Make sure you are not using a proxy internet connection. A direct connection to internet is required for security purpose
- Make sure the input details are correct
- Make sure the card expiration date do not precede the reservation date
- Make sure you have not reached your credit limit
- Your issued bank blocks the card from internet usage for security reasons
- Unusual or unusually large transaction
- The issuing banks server was down/unavailable for some reason
- If a credit card has been used several times in one day for internet based transactions this can also result in a rejection
- If you get an error apart from the reasons above, please contact your Online Agent.
When will my credit card be charged
Your credit card will be charged for the full cost when we confirm availability of the services/hotel rooms/air-ticket. The Confirmation Voucher will also be available at this time.
What are Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode
Visa and MasterCard have developed authenticated payment capabilities to improve online transaction security. By creating a virtual signature in the form of a password chosen by you when you sign up, Visa and MasterCard hopes to provide a safer online commerce experience for Cardholders.

Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode enable two parties (card holder and card issuer) to authenticate each other by exchanging digital certificates (electronic identifications) before proceeding with an online transaction, assuring the Cardholder that he is dealing with a legitimate merchant and providing the merchant with proof of participation of the real Cardholder. This gives both parties the confidence to proceed and creates a digitally signed record of the transaction that can be verified afterwards.

Will my credit card be charged if I do not use the service as scheduled
Yes. The credit card is charged up front when your reservation is confirmed. If you do not inform us inadvance, No refund will be issued for this case.

How long does it take to process the refund
The duration required to process a refund depends on the method of payment originally used. Here are the specifics for each payment gateway:

• PayPal: Refunds via PayPal are usually quick and should appear in your account within 24 to 72 hours of the initiation. However, if the original payment to us was made via a credit card or bank transfer through PayPal, the refund may take additional time to be credited back to your account. This delay is due to the processing times associated with your bank. In such cases, it could take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.
• Omise (OPN): For payments processed through Omise, the refund timeline can be slightly longer. Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes about 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear back in your account. This variance in time is due to the differing policies and processing speeds of the banks involved. It’s important to note that some banks might handle refund transactions faster than others, so the exact timing can vary.

We understand that timely processing of refunds is important to you, and we strive to ensure that all refunds are handled as swiftly as possible. If you have concerns about the status of your refund, or if it has not appeared in your account within the specified time frames, please contact our customer service for assistance. We are here to help ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Can you provide a Infant Seat for little baby (under 9 months)
For infants from newborn to 18 months (weight: < 13 kg / < 30 lb), we offer specially designed infant seats. An additional charge of THB 300 applies for each infant seat to cover the extra cleaning required after each use, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.

Notice
Due to hygienic reasons and the natural tendencies of infants to have accidents, all our infant seats undergo thorough cleaning after each use. Please request an infant seat in advance. Availability is subject to prior bookings, and we reserve the right to limit availability based on demand.
How can I or order the a convertible child seat
- Please make the request in your reservation form.
- Please advise age and number of child seats you needed.
How can I find your staff at Bangkok Don Muang Airport when I arrive
International Terminal1: After exit the baggage claim area, please TURN RIGHT to the Travel Agent Meeting Point. (Near Information Center & Door No.3)

Domestic Terminal2: You will meet our staff right after exit from the baggage claim area.
Once we find you, we will direct you to the transfer point.

Can your driver speak English?
All MEKHE drivers are trained to understand and speak some basic English conversations such as directions, answer your basic queries, weather and some information about Thailand’s attractions. This is to ensure your smooth trip with us without any fuss. However, we are seeking your kind understanding about the efficiency in English of the driver that it cannot be compared to our tour-guide. They may not answerable to some underlying messages or idioms and unable to give detailed information about some places. So if you have any point that really needed to be clear and understood by us, please submit your message directly to our mailbox and indeed we will transmit it to our driver for their full awareness prior to the trip. When you need more precise and accurate information both in terms of places history or cultures, the tour guide is strongly recommended.
Can you provide a convertible babyseat / child seat for my kid? Any extra charge
We well aware that your children are the more precious matter in lives, we then always handle the minors with intensive cares.

Because we are the expert of providing lifts and rides to thousands of families over a decade, it resulted in experiencing us to fully understand the pattern of parents who travelling with children and babies. Beside the extensive caution regarding the driving style and safety range, we added the child protection equipment in all our vehicles on all routes to all destinations.

Baby Car Seat
- We are able to provide and prepare a convertible baby car seat for 9 months - 4 years old child (weight : 9-18kg / 20-40lb) in our vehicles without extra charge.
- A complimentary for 1st convertible baby car seat and additional baby seat will require a supplement charge of THB 300.00 nett/seat
- If your child is younger than 9 month, please bring your own infant seat. (No infant seat available)
- If your childe is older than 5 year old, there will be no need for convertible baby car seat. They can use our standard safety-belt.

Notice : For hygienic reasons, no Infant Seat available. From our long experience transporting families with babies and children, infants at a certain age are difficult for their parents to control their nature needs to vomit and excrete. The infant seat is prone to be dirty and infected. It is only for personal use and not recommended to be shared. If you will be travelling with infants, we recommend that you bring your own infant seat onboard.

Flight delay?
Yes, of course. We always track your flight in real time. If your flight arrives earlier or is delayed, we will know and the driver will wait for you accordingly. There is no additional charge for flight delays.
