Does Quiet Ride mean the driver will not speak to me at all?

Not at all. Even on Quiet Ride, the driver may speak when necessary to confirm the passenger, pickup point, destination, route or requested assistance, and to explain safety matters or unexpected changes. Our drivers are trained to judge the atmosphere and use an appropriate amount of conversation by default; Quiet Ride simply makes it clear that you would prefer the minimum for that specific journey.
